Shipping via Mainfreight
Our batteries are shipped with Mainfreight. Lithium batteries are classed as dangerous goods, so delivery can take longer than you may be used to with a regular parcel service.
In stock: pay 100%, we check the battery in the Netherlands, then ship it (2–9 working days). Out of stock: pre-order with a 20% deposit; pay the rest when the battery ships to the Netherlands (often 7–14 weeks). The diagram below shows both routes.

Smaller batteries can be shipped in a box. Larger and heavier batteries are generally delivered on a pallet.
Someone needs to be at the delivery address to receive the shipment. If you need a more personal or specific delivery arrangement, please contact us beforehand so we can discuss what is possible.
Shipping costs depend on factors such as destination, weight, size and the type of transport. We therefore cannot list fixed shipping prices on this page.
We always aim to ship and deliver orders as quickly as possible. Dangerous-goods transport can require extra handling and may therefore take longer than standard delivery. If a shipment is delayed, we will contact you.
Please inspect the shipment on delivery for visible transport damage. If you see damage, especially on larger or heavy batteries, take clear photos as soon as possible and contact us.
