That depends on your daily consumption, how many days you want to run without shore power, and whether you have heavy 230V loads (induction, air conditioning, coffee machine, microwave).

12V suits most campers and smaller systems. 24V or 48V is often smarter for larger banks, longer cable runs or a heavier inverter: less current, so thinner cables and lower losses.

The right voltage depends on your existing inverter, charger and solar. If you are unsure, send your current setup via the form.

Yes, many customers do. Charge voltages, current limits and protection must match your Victron charger, MPPT, inverter and any DC-DC charger (for example Orion).

Epoch Elite models with CAN-bus are made for Victron communication. Other series can still sit in a Victron system, mainly via correct charge settings rather than CAN. We are happy to check which combination is safe.

In stock: you pay 100% when you order. The battery is checked and tested in the Netherlands, then shipped to you. Allow about 2 to 9 working days.

Pre-order: you pay 20% when you order. Epoch batteries come on a shared pallet from the US. When the battery is ready to ship to the Netherlands, you pay the remaining 80%. Total lead time is often 7 to 14 weeks. Details are on the Shipping page.

Epoch manufactures in the US. Lithium batteries are dangerous goods, so we combine pre-orders onto a pallet. That keeps freight workable, but waiting time is longer than for a model already in the Netherlands.

After arrival in the Netherlands every battery is checked and tested before we send it to you.

Yes. CRN Off-Grid Solutions is an Authorized Dealer of Epoch Batteries. You buy original Epoch products with factory warranty and support from the Netherlands.

Yes. We help with the battery bank, charging (shore power, alternator, solar), inverter, fuses, cabling and main components so everything fits together.

We do not offer full installation at your home or storage yard, but we do help you choose the right parts and settings. Feel free to attach a diagram or photos.

Use the selection wizard: application (camper, boat, golf cart), voltage and capacity. You get a recommendation, including whether series or parallel makes sense.

On the Epoch overview page you can filter by voltage, Ah, series (Eco, Essential, Elite, Pro) and features such as heating, Bluetooth or Victron CAN-bus.

Often yes, but only with identical Epoch models, following Epoch’s manual. Parallel increases capacity (Ah) at the same voltage. Series increases voltage (for example two 12V units to 24V).

Not every type may be series-connected. The wizard and the product page tell you what is allowed. If you are unsure, ask before you order.

Do not charge LiFePO4 below freezing unless the battery has built-in heating. Some Epoch models (including in the Elite line) have heating so charging in winter remains possible.

Filter on “Heating” on the Epoch page, or mention in the form if the battery will sit in an unheated van, boat or outdoor locker.

You get Epoch factory warranty on original products, on top of your statutory consumer rights. For the Elite series Epoch states up to 11 years; the exact term is listed per product.

As an Authorized Dealer, warranty runs through an official channel. Keep your order confirmation.

Yes. We ship to the Netherlands and other EU countries. Lead time depends on stock or pre-order, and on the destination country.

As a consumer you can withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Notify us by email; you then have 14 days to send the product back. Lithium batteries must be shipped according to the instructions.

Business purchases (company name or VAT number) do not automatically get this statutory withdrawal right. The full policy is on Returns.
