The Epoch Dual-output Marine DC-DC charger allows you to charge two separate battery systems from a single 12V or 24V starting system while sailing: a 12V auxiliary or service battery and a 36V trolling motor battery. Both outputs operate independently and can be set individually.
- Two independent charging outputs: one 12V 10A output and one 36V 10A output, together providing approximately 480W nominal charging power before conversion losses.
- Suitable for 12V and 24V sources: the charger automatically detects an input voltage from 13 to 30V DC and uses appropriate turn-on and turn-off thresholds.
- Adjustable per output: choose between LiFePO4, AGM, and lead-acid for both the 12V and 36V banks separately.
- BMS wake-up: a LiFePO4 battery that has been shut down by its BMS can be manually activated per output.
- Made for onboard use: the aluminum housing is epoxy-sealed to IP67 and is cooled by a water-resistant fan and base plate.
- Built-in protections: protection against short circuit, reverse polarity, overcharging, and over-temperature.
- 2-year manufacturer's warranty: Epoch provides a two-year limited manufacturer's warranty on its battery chargers.
Important: the 12V output is intended for a separate auxiliary, service, or electronics battery and should not be reconnected to the same starting battery that serves as input. This is a non-isolated DC-DC charger. Check alternator capacity, cable cross-sections, and fuses, and also use an appropriate AC charger for both battery banks for a complete charging cycle.
